A woman eradicating birth fat resorts to exercising

Ayanda KaVuyiswa(Yaya) is a pertinent and dedicated woman who’s always maintaining a good body shape and sticks to eating healthy food.

Yaya gives some tips about maintaining an exquisite body shape and how to keep your body healthy all the time.The secret of keeping both your body and mind healthy is to avoid worrying about the past and the future, and don’t anticipate troubles, but live in the present moment wisely and sincerely. A thirty (30) years old Ayanda from Tsakane gained weight in 2014 after giving birth, during that time her challenge was that she didn’t feel comfortable when surrounded by people because they kept on reminding her about her chubbiness. Fortunately in 2015 she decided to change her body shaming by jogging two times a day, it was not easy but her faith, believe and ambition carried her through and she emphasised that, “Realizing your ambitions, controlling your fate, and achieving greatness is derived from knowing what to change, how to change, and most importantly why to change”. Most women face challenges after giving birth because some of them lose their self-confidence but Ayanda fought and became an ice breaker.

In 2017 she joined a gym located at Tsakane center(TM fitness zone) where she started to lift light weights, she shared. “It took me three (3) years to see the results, it was not easy because most of us we want to see results as soon as possible, so the more you dedicate your time to exercising the more you become patient, the are things that we can not change in life but those we can change, let’s deal with them. I do sometimes have cravings for Junk food, but I always make sure that I stay disciplined and I try doing something different to deviate me from my cravings”. Some of the time Yaya uses old tyres to exercise when she doesn’t feel like going to weight lift. Ayanda will like to encourage women who are facing the same problem to keep going beyond the barriers, no matter what; they must believe and have faith in themselves because there’s nothing permanent in this world.

The fundamental key is to be disciplined and obviously eat healthy food and avoid unnecessary junk food, they should always understand that without pain you cannot gain anything, so you need to hang in there.
