Thabo Twala who was born on October 22, 1994, renowned among his fans as Sabotage, is a talented musician, singer, songwriter, rapper and a recording producer. His music is commended in the music industry.
His from Kwa-Thema and he firstly got recognition after releasing his first EP titled ‘Make Volomel90’. Since then Sabotage has released singles building up to his new project ‘Msouthen’ which is set to drop this year. Sabotage has also set his eyes on helping out upcoming talented artists from KwaTsaDuza by offering his time and studio/recording facility. He is also interested in recruiting two more artists since he is already helping out a musical group that is based in Kwa-Thema.
In his maturing career, he has worked with big names like TLTAmazing, Bongo Riot, EeQue, Makwa and Steezy Stylish and a prominent producer Master Kaos.
He usually performs in big events like Back To The City, Friends And Cocktails and he has performed alongside Samthing Soweto, Toshi, Cassper Nyovest and many more. Sabotage was awarded as the best Lyricist in the 2019 Springs Hip-Hop Awards (SHHA). His dream is to own a big record company and give young talented youth an opportunity to showcase their talents. Thabo encouraged the youth by saying that they must always stay true to themselves, “They must maintain their identity, what makes them different is what makes them awesome and they don’t have to compromise their art just to keep up with whatever that is distractive to them.
All the talented youth deserves a chance to express their fundamental challenges in their lives through music whilst showcasing their talents,” he concluded.
