Vukadarkie container mall situated on cnr R551 & Rondebult road, Dawn- Park spent their Friday the 3rd of March 2023 doing charity and upliftment work at Eshes Mankele secondary school in Wattville, Benoni.
The plan and goal were to help the school with its sports field.
“We were there in the morning with our staff and managers till afternoon, cleaned the court by uprooting the weeds, sweeping, and painting the walls and the court. We also did grass-cutting around the court,” said Nthabi Nembalula.
Due to unforeseen circumstances on the day, the team couldn’t finish painting the two poles, whereby Dona Oteka, the mall’s manager went back to the school on Monday, the 13th of March.
“The learners can now enjoy their sports ground.”
“It gives us great joy to be able to assist our communities whenever we can and we will continue to do good work throughout Ekurhuleni. We challenge other businesses to also make such initiatives – Together we can make a difference in our communities,” ended Nembalula.
