Best way to celebrate Mother’s Day is by showing love, kindness and an act of gratitude towards the mothers and that’s what Pedros Tembisa Plaza did on Sunday, 12 May 2024.
The store hosted the best dressed Mother’s Day event where more than 20 mothers were given a chance to walk on the red carpet and flourished on their beautiful garments.
Pedros franchise partner mentioned that the day was reserved for the mothers and they wanted to appreciate them.
“We saw it fit to host this event to appreciate the Mothers of Tembisa. For us as a brand to recognise their work and input in our homes and communities. To thank all of the mothers for their personal contributions. It is also good for them to have their time off,” he added.
The fun-filled day brought prizes for the winners. The first prize was a cash prize of R500, the second prize was R250, and the third prize was the Viva Meal from Pedros.
Winning the first prize was Happiness Magwaza.
“Being at Pedro’s on Mother’s days felt so honoured, cherished and valued. I could not have asked for anything more than to enjoy the day at our favourite family restaurant in Tembisa Plaza. They offer friendly service, a succulent taste of soft and fresh chicken and sides. Thank You Pedro’s for honoring mothers in our Tembisa community,” she said.
